2007 - Welcome!

It's the beginning of the new year. Most agents are saying, "thank goodness it's over". Not us. '06 was a good year for Mindy and me and our clients. Despite all the ups and downs, we were able to navigate it successfully. So we're sorry to see it close. Thank you to all who helped make 2006 a success.

As we've done each year in January, we have prepared in depth market analyses of the markets we are involved in - Winnetka, Wilmette, Evanston. Kenilworth and a few others will be ready soon.

These reports provide data that typically only REALTORS have access to. In past years our clients have used them for tax issues, pricing their home and making offers on new properties. Even if you're only interested in the general market performance, these reports are valuable because the North Shore did not act as the newspapers reported. The National REALTOR Association and many other associations, the press and many neighbors are beginning to opine on where the market will go in 2007. There are many factors we cannot control. So the best course of action is to understand where the market came from and plan a strategy specific to your needs. These reports can help you do that.
