Happy New Year!

We are at the beginning of another new year and we believe this one can be a good one. True, the markets are in a state of flux but people's housing needs will continue push the market and we'll be ready to help.

Last year we saw first hand that Bad News about Real Estate was the media's favorite theme when reporting, in very broad strokes, on the market. Last Fall we looked at a number of new ideas about how to communicate information and what information to communicate, and validated that the people who know about this site prefer hard stats and relevant local information that enables them to make their own determination about the state of the market. We will use many of the ideas that people seemed to respond to best. That will include regular, weekly updates on the state of the North Shore markets, price and buyer trends, information that is relevant to the North Shore.
