OLD DOGS CAN LEARN NEW TRICKS!

I have been in a seminar for the last two days and I am so excited about the things we've talked about. This is a Coldwell Banker only seminar; management has brought speakers in from other parts of the country to talk about what's working there and the local participation has been phenomenal.

The focus has been how to help our clients reach their real estate goals in this market, actually any market. But with all the negative press, an incredibly volatile financial market and fewer and fewer buyers, this program will change the way we look at the business.

Over the weekend I'm going to structure a series of comments about this meeting and what it means for our clients. For our clients, I will email you these ideas directly. My expectation is that we, our Clients, Mindy and I, can "beat the market" if we properly use the ideas we're discussing here.
