Why Does It Seem So Hard ...?

Here's a great link to a NY Times article that highlights some of the financing issues facing real estate today. This article deals with simple refinancing and how expensive it is. Also, there's a great reference to Credit Scores and the importance of this once ignored and often misunderstood measure of credit worthiness.

Bottomline: despite the widespread announcements of "Low Rates", those rates often are not there.
